Sometimes we need a game that requires more strategic thinking so we look for games targeted toward teens and adults. Sometimes we enjoy something a little simpler where the girls have the edge and those are typically speed or dexterity games. Every once in a while, we’ll step completely out of our comfort zones and play something with an adult theme. One example is Spank the Yeti from Galactic Sneeze. I usually play party games a few times a year as my friends are very busy to get together on a frequent basis.

At the very minimum, twice a year, when we host our beach house take overs (game playing features heavily). Then, of course, there are any number of other get togethers at each other’s houses.
I’d say total of about twice a month.
We usually get together for dinner and hang out. It isn’t long after dinner that someone will suggest a game! It’s so much fun when I can find a new game that we all enjoy. From Apples to Apples, Cards Against Humanity or sometimes we hook up the Nintendo switch and get out the extra joy cons! Once in awhile we even do some table top role playing like Dungeon and Dragons or Vampire the Masquerade!
We play a few times a month. We love to sit on our patio and have a good card came on our table.
I hardly ever play party games. It’s usually board games.

My goal is to open a board/card game cafe and have a separate area for adults to play mature games like this.
Usually when the family gets together for holidays, etc.
