If there’s one thing that helps introduce non-gamers to sit down for a tabletop game, it’s familiarity. It’s easier to think through something new if you’re able to find something relatable abut it. That’s why we appreciate when publishers incorporate pop culture themes into their games. The Adventures of Robin Hood from KOSMOS is an excellent example. It’s much easier to comprehend to new gamers than saying it’s a cooperative, campaign-based game. Excellent for both seasoned gamers and those just wanting to try something new, The Adventures of Robin Hood would be a great way to spend holiday gift cards! I watched Disney’s Robin Hood when I was young, years ago. It’s been a while since I seen it again.
I read The Last Unicorn which has a bit do with Robin Hood here and there a couple years ago, so maybe that. Might’ve watched someone react to Robin Hood Men in Tights since then.
