When I first heard of popcorn cakes by Popped Passion, my mind wandered to those popcorn patties next to the rice cakes in the grocery store. Usually stale and tasteless, I knew that wouldn’t be the case with this product. The creator, Maria Bailey, has been passionate about popcorn for as long as I’ve known her. Chocolate and Whisky
That’s an interesting twist. Like a Whiskey sauce poured over it?
Not so much a pour over but like incorporated? I did vegan chocolate cupcakes with powder sugar glaze, but I used a tiny bit of whiskey rather than the milk. It was so yummy!

I’m right there with you! Can’t really go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter, Joanna. Add caramel and yum. Walnuts… I think would need to be pecans for me although I don’t think I’ve ever mixed pecans and peanut butter. Hmmm.

I saw the Smore’s cake on the website and I really just want that, but if I had to make one myself it would have White and Dark Chocolate. Extra marshmallows. Maybe some caramel.
