When I was a little girl, I remember a doll that was able to “drink” her bottle. It didn’t take long for me to figure out that I could make the beverage disappear simply by flipping it upside down. It seemed like state-of-the-art technology back in the early 1970s, but it’s nothing like what kids have now. We featured such a doll in our list of gift ideas such as toys, books and music.
