Merry Christmas! Over the past several weeks we have been providing you with a lot of ideas for holiday gifting. While we offered some suggestions for STEAM-based gifts, stocking stuffers, electronics and other gifts for around the home, the bulk of the ideas involved games. That’s because we are strong believers in the importance of this form of family bonding.

Holidays are a time when people get together so we hope you’ll take advantage and play some games. I don’t care if they are games we have told you about or not. My emphasis is on people recognizing the value that comes with setting up a game and simply being with one another.  

As we reflect on the day and think about the gifts we’ve been blessed with, I want to thank you for gifting us with the one thing you have a limited supply of. Whenever you stop to read our content, comment on our stories, share our articles on your social channels or enter our giveaways, we recognize that you’ve invested in us with the one resource you cannot replace, your time. We cannot thank you enough for this. 

We may take a few moments today to pop online here or there, but for the most part we’ll be taking our own advice and spending the day offline with family. While you won’t physically see us, that doesn’t mean we don’t have a few tricks up our sleeves. We’ve arranged to have FOUR new giveaways go live throughout the day today!
