Naturally Clean Babies
With a set of 7-month old triplets and a 4 year old, you can be assured I have a lot of little people to bathe and make sure their skin stays nice, clean and moisturized! (Yeah, I know you re-read that first sentence – that’s right, I have triplets!)
Baby Mantra sent me 4 products from their line (lotion, massage oil, new born wash, and bubble bath). Baby Mantra’s products are made with all natural and pure ingredients and are great for sensitive skin which caught my attention right away. Their products are not tested on animals and are made in the U.S.A.
My boys (the trio) still do not receive bubble baths, so my daughter was SUPER excited to try out the new bubble bath. Upon reading the directions, I added a bit more than maybe necessary at the beginning. As the bubbles grew, both my daughter and I LOVED the super yummy scent. There were more than enough bubbles to her delight. And, the she still asks for the “good-smelling’ bubbles.
This product is labeled as a 3-in-1 bubble bath, shampoo and wash. While I loved it as a bubble bath, I wasn’t as much of a fan of it as a shampoo and body wash since it doesn’t foam as much as typical shampoo and wash (which they inform you of in the directions). Although, it certainly cleans just fine! Also, it clearly states to keep it out of eyes, and with babies, and children which is something else to consider depending on the age of your child.
I used the body wash and lotion with the boys. The body wash worked fine. I was not such a fan of the lotion scent. I felt it moisturized well, and applying it was just fine, but the scent was not my favorite. However, with a name like, CALMING lotion, I’m willing to try anything since “calm” is not an adjective used to describe the general atmosphere in this home anymore. Haha!
The massage oil smelled wonderful, and I used it on my boys before bed. I only had time to use it on one of my li’l guys per night (we are on a tight schedule). But, I actually liked adding this to the routine so each evening one of them received some special one-on-one attention.
While I truly appreciate the efforts of this company to develop such clean and pure products for babies and children, and can understand the steps and ingredients needed to do this likely cost more, for a family like mine with multiples, the price point of the products do not really fit within my family’s budget. I do feel I would splurge on the bubble bath and calming massage oil (since so little is needed and would last for a while).
Stay up-to-date on all that Baby Mantra has to offer by following them Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.
I love this! Babies are so sensitive, it’s nice to see a product line that’s all natural.
Bath time must be crazy at your house! These products are definitely worth remembering for gifting (as my boys are all moving past that age range.)
Very cool products! I bet the little ones love the Calming Lotion 🙂
I did re-read the first sentence. Triplets! I’m impressed that you make time to give everyone a bath at all. I’d throw the kids in the shower at once and hose everyone down. Kidding — kind of !
Bubble baths are fun, and it looks like your daughter had a blast!
I love products like these that are geared specifically towards babies. That means that they are gentle and safe enough for their delicate skin.
What cute photo’s! I am not familiar with these products. I will have to check them out!
I love any product that is all natural . I think even my teenage girls would love this.
Oh wow I’m sure bath time is crazy at your house!
I love that this uses all natural, pure ingredients. That is so important to my family.
Thanks for the review on these natural baby products, Meg! Awesome post 🙂 Thanks for sharing!!
Wow! Boy do you have your hands full! I love to hear about products which are safe for such young and sensitive skin.
What wonderful little parcels of joy. With the help of these products, they’ll soon be naturally clean and fresh.
I remember my kids had a reaction the johnson and johnson.. this would have been a great alternative..
That is pretty awesome – I sure hope to learn more about it
Yea I’ve thought about this, it’s one thing to purchase a product for one … it’s quite another to purchase a product for a whole group of people! makes a difference
I appreciate your honest comments about the products. We are trying to select more natural products for our family. I have noticed that the smell of this variety of products isn’t always fantastic. I guess all the fragrances that are added to products really do help (but they come with a toxic cost).
What ADORABLE littles! You are blessed!!
OMG! I am still playing the first sentence over in my head. Triplets! Wow 🙂 I wonder how the bubble bath smells. They tend to make these products more and more with little ones in mind versus a scent that is pleasing for adults.
You have the cutest kids!!! I love the products. I am always buying bubble bath!
Aww aren’t these babies adorable.. and as cute and sweet as they are, their skin is soft.. love the review of this baby soap; never heard of it before, have to check it out. My skin is old, but trust me I have to treat it like a baby, I have allergies and dry skin and my baby girl, too. Thanks for sharing
It’s so nice to have a product you are comfortable with for you littles. Very cute babies, too!
What a great product! I love that it doesn’t consist of any extras!! My kids are very sensitive to products so I am always on the look out for ones like this!
I’ve never heard of this brand but I live natural products. Triplet boys? So cute
Our five year old loves bubble baths! I’m going to have to try this product for him 🙂 cute pics!!
Cute babies….If they are happy with the bubbles and massage oil then they should have it…they look so happy…
