Ever play a game where you feel perpetually outmatched by your opponents? It’s a regular occurrence for me since I frequently play games with some extremely intelligent and strategic individuals (3 of whom live in my house). That’s one of the reasons I love dice games so much; even the most skillful of players are at the mercy of the dice.

So this year, we decided to put together a gift guide for people who like having that element of chance ingrained in a game. You’ve already seen the first Family Games gift guide as well as one for Stocking Stuffers and over the next few weeks we will publish guides with games, toys, home items, electronics and more. Dice games are fun and add a variable that helps level the playing field. You may not have heard of most of these, but they are from reputable companies that create fantastic games.
