For a lucky few, they managed to finagle tickets to already see the most anticipated movie this year – Avengers: Endgame. Family commitments are keeping us from seeing it until Saturday so we’ll be dodging social media to prevent spoilers. While there have been other movies released this year on our radar, this is by far the one we’re most excited about… and have been since last year! But looking ahead (beyond Endgame), there are others we want to see also. Whether you’re a fan of Marvel or not, here are some movies that you might want to check out in May.

May is the unofficial start to summer movies with some rolling out during Memorial Day weekend. Many of these will still be in theaters as kids wrap up their school year so plan ahead by figuring out which are your priorities during that first crucial week when siblings are anxious to do something but not necessarily together.

  2. Oh wow. I have to show this list to my husband and children. These are all great films to look forward to. Although I would prefer a comedy, or romance, or family oriented movie, I would be happy to see a thriller/action movie too!
