I was in college when I first saw The Princess Bride. I remember my R.A. raving about how awesome it was and that I needed to watch it. She lent me her VHS and I realized that I was late to a fantastic party. Ever since, if it’s on TV, I’ll watch it. When the girls were finally old enough, I invited them to watch it with me. Phrases like “Inconceivable!” and “As you wish.” took on new meaning. When I found out that IDW Publishing not only had The Princess Bride coloring book as an offering, but one specifically related to movie quotes, I was immediately enamored. We added it to our Pop Culture gift guide and I took it on the local lifestyle TV show for a segment on Boredom Busters.
