New Game Release – Superficial

Inspiration Play has released Superficial, a coop adult version of Guess Who, into retail.
While Superficial can’t be summed up in a sentence or two, here’s the gist: 30 character cards, including ONE “mystery person” are laid out face up. The players will then ask questions as judgey as a wealthy aunt in hopes of sussing out the mystery person. Sample questions include *Is this person a vegetarian? *Does this person shave their…? (It’s for adults, so you can probably guess what the rest of that question is.) *Does this person play video games until 3am?
The ones who don’t meet the judgey standard, will be flipped over. The aim of the game is to flip every card BUT the mystery person. If you’ve judged correctly, you’ll be left with the mystery person, and you WIN! If not, you lose. But don’t worry, either way, you can play again!
Designed by Christine Krogue, Superficial is for two to eight players, ages eighteen and up, and plays in around ten to twenty minutes. It retails for $14.95.
