Cheers! Welcome to 2026!
Good morning and happy new year! Last year was pretty crazy both professionally and personally. Our oldest graduated from college and headed out of state for graduate school, while our youngest started her final year of undergraduate studies and ran the Chicago marathon as a children’s hospital dance marathon fundraiser. Scott stayed busy with new game design projects while watching Hues and Cues find new audiences and fans around the world. It even appeared in an episode of Pluribus on Apple TV! I spent the year dedicating umpteen bajillion volunteer hours on the board of directors for the game industry’s trade association.
Everyone perceives success in different ways. Whether you ate healthier, gave up a bad habit, read new books, enjoyed board games with friends, volunteered your time and talents or did anything else that made you smile, then we consider that a success story. For some, success may be a quiet as pushing through difficult physical or mental challenges and that’s important too. If you’re one to set resolutions to start the new year, we are here to cheer you along. If you take each day one at a time, we’re here for that too.
