As a kid, I remember gathering up my birthday money and heading off to buy as many Nancy Drew books as I could. To this day, I still remember laying by the nightlight on the floor well after bedtime…

reading… and reading…

…and being swept away into a world very much unlike my own.

Nowadays, kids have a great variety of books of various topics to keep them interested in reading. The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series is one that has been a hit in our house. And today marks the release of the latest in the series: Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck.

In honor of this, I’m giving away a set of Diary of a Wimpy Kid gifts to one lucky reader.

The prize pack will include the following items: (1) Wimpy Kid Journal (ARV $10.99); (1) Wimpy Kid Magnetic Pad (ARV $5.99); (1) Wimpy Kid Mini Notebook (ARV $2.99); Wimpy Kid 3 Notebook set (ARV $11.99).

If accessories like this encourage your child to read – or even write or draw – then it’s worth grabbing. You can find them wherever books and stationary are sold.

  1. WIMPY KID IS THE BEST, a must read for book freaks like me. Greg in search for a date experiences all sorts of stupid things with him but eventually finds a date but rowley is left out. I have read all the books except hard luck
