New Game Release – Mille Fiori
Devir Games has released Milli Fiori, a stunning board game about glass making, into retail.
Glass making has been one of the lagoon’s best kept secrets since the dawn of time. Originally, glassmakers’ furnaces were relocated to a nearby island solely to protect against fire. Until then relatively insignificant, the island became one of the most famous centers of glass production and art shortly thereafter. Craftsmen were forbidden to reveal the secrets of their art under pain of death.
One of these secrets concerns the manufacture of Mille Fiori glass. You write a page of this story as glass manufacturers and merchants. Make glassware, trade and ensure the support of the lagoon inhabitants. Your secret will be to find the best way to become a successful glass dynasty through a successful mix of strategy and tactics.
Milli Fiori is for two to four players, ages ten and up, and plays in sixty to ninety minutes. It retails for $49.99.
