A Variety of Movie Genres Hit the Big Screen in April 2024

The First Omen, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and Monkey Man are a few of the movies releasing in theaters in April 2024 - SahmReviews.com

It took some planning, but we managed to fit in some movie time in-between our recent travels. Some features were better than expected and others exactly what we thought they would be. One Life was my favorite movie released in March and one that I would highly recommend, even if you wait until it hits your favorite streaming service.

April will be a tighter schedule but there are a few on this list that I think will be great and hope to carve out time to see. While I enjoy a good thriller, horror films aren’t the top of my priority list and there have been more than a few in recent months. So that kind of whittles it down a bit. As I put together this list each month, I find myself most fascinated by the ones based on history or true stories. April has a few of those so you can probably guess what we’ll be headed to see!
