So the plan this past weekend was to head to see Cars 2. I was very excited about it but things and we even watched the original Disney Cars movie when it aired this past week on DirecTv. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned (read: someone was misbehaving!) and unless hubby and I decided to get the kids a sitter and go without them, we needed to postpone the plan.

But that doesn’t make much sense, does it?  The kids would totally disown us if we went to it without them.  We would end up going to see it again with them so we tabled the plan.

I’ll be honest… The reason I was so excited is because I found out while watching last weeks’ episode of After the Catch that Sig Hansen from the Northwestern voices one of the boats in the movie.
We’ll race there – probably this upcoming weekend!
