Reading Facebook can be pretty entertaining sometimes.  A friend announced that her son was searching their pantry for Box Tops so his class could win the pizza party.  I think it was originally posted as a warning that soon he would be calling grandma for her stash.  What resulted was a slew of comments noting the role that the Box Top program plays in our lives. One of my favorite comments was when a woman said that their dog sitter stole all their Box Tops while they were gone. I wasn’t quite sure whether to laugh at the simple hilarity of the situation or be sad for the child that had all his cardboard cash stolen. Box Tops are serious business for kids!  If you have school-aged kids… or grandkids… you can totally relate, I’m sure!

On a recent trip to Sam’s Club, it was very evident that General Mills knows very well the importance of Box Tops to our families.  I had actually received information from MyBlogSpark that there was a “return to school after winter break” promotion running that involved “6 Box tops on a pack”.  Whether you’re stocking your kids lunch boxes or just selecting everyday foods, there are tons of opportunities to cash in on the Box Tops 4 Education program.  Soups, granola bars, cereal, yogurt, cookie dough and many more items proudly carry the Box Tops logo.  Sam’s Club ups the ante by adding bonus Box Tops to the bulk-sized box.  As we walked the aisles, I found many examples!

If you have a Sam’s Club membership, be sure to check out all the options for restocking your pantry and lining your kids pockets with those much-needed Box Tops.  If you’re like me, you’ll find yourself leisurely strolling all the aisles checking out everything from electronics to small appliances to clothes.

Of course, a trip to Sam’s Club will be a little more entertaining for one lucky SahmReviews.com reader!    Why?  Because General Mills through MyBlogSpark is providing a $25 Sam’s Club gift card for me to give away to one of you!  All you have to do is enter – which, by the way, is super easy now that I’m using Rafflecopter!

  1. I figured Sam's had diapers and wipes, but I didn't know they had baby gear like the Safe N’ See Digital Video Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras.
